About the Role
The Manager, Brand & Content translates MiTek’s brand strategy and business priorities into compelling stories and experiences that connect audiences with the company’s vision and mission. This hands‑on leadership role blends strategic direction with active content creation and editorial execution while overseeing people management and team development. Serving as the central connector, the role collaborates closely with Marketing Campaign, Design, Corporate Communications, Sales Enablement and product marketing teams to ensure seamless, on‑brand messaging across all channels and formats. • Craft clear, consistent brand messages and maintain the company’s voice in partnership with the Director of Brand Marketing. • Lead a small team (Content Specialist and Multimedia Manager) to produce written and multimedia storytelling. • Develop and execute content strategy, including product messaging, web copy, customer stories, video scripts, and thought leadership. • Manage the editorial calendar, set content priorities, and align output with business initiatives and campaign timelines. • Translate complex technical information into engaging content for customers, partners, and employees. • Collaborate with Marketing Campaign Manager, Marketing Design, Corporate Communications, and Sales Enablement to ensure on‑brand communications. • Steward brand voice, editorial guidelines, and messaging frameworks, providing training and governance. • Analyze content performance and optimize for clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.

What You Bring
• Require 6–8 years of experience in content strategy, brand messaging or marketing communications with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Demonstrated strong writing, editing, storytelling, and ability to simplify complex topics. • Experience managing or mentoring creative/content teams and collaborating across creative, technical, and sales functions. • Preferred experience in the construction/building industry and familiarity with content planning or project management tools. • Exhibit strategic, creative thinking, inspirational leadership, and a collaborative communication style. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs simultaneously. • Travel up to 5% domestically.
