About the Role
In this position you will aid senior valuers, conduct market research, prepare valuation reports, perform site inspections, maintain property databases, and contribute to client presentations and due‑diligence activities. • Support senior valuers in property valuations for commercial, residential, and mixed‑use developments across KSA. • Conduct market research and gather data to inform valuation assumptions. • Prepare detailed valuation reports and supporting documentation under supervision. • Perform site inspections and property measurements as needed. • Maintain and update property databases and comparable transaction records. • Assist in client presentations, proposal preparation, and due‑diligence processes.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, possess 0‑2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills in both English and Arabic. Applicants must be Saudi nationals or have valid work authorization for KSA, with preferred experience including internships, familiarity with the Saudi market, valuation software, GIS tools, and progress toward professional certification. • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. • 0–2 years of experience in real estate, valuation, or financial analysis. • Strong analytical, mathematical, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Basic understanding of real estate principles and financial concepts. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic. • Saudi national or valid work authorization for KSA. • Internship or work experience in real estate or consulting (preferred). • Familiarity with Saudi real estate market dynamics (preferred). • Knowledge of valuation software and GIS applications (preferred). • Progress toward RICS, SIV, or equivalent certification (preferred). • Experience with financial modeling and DCF analysis (preferred). • Exposure to diverse property types and high‑profile projects.
