About the Role
As an Associate Research Consultant you will work on the front lines of commercial real estate, building relationships with brokers, owners, and developers to gather and verify real‑time market intelligence. Your primary responsibility is to maintain the accuracy and completeness of CoStar’s extensive database, tracking new construction projects and major transactions. What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduating between May 2025 and May 2026. • Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and market analytics. • Strong investigative, analytical, and KPI‑driven performance skills. • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with internal and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, filtering, and basic formula creation. • Flexibility to work shifts aligned with Australian time zones and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
