About the Role

As an Associate Research Consultant you will work on the front lines of commercial real estate, building relationships with brokers, owners, and developers to gather and verify real‑time market intelligence. Your primary responsibility is to maintain the accuracy and completeness of CoStar’s extensive database, tracking new construction projects and major transactions. What You Bring
