About the Role

The manager will lead and grow multi‑discipline teams delivering water and wastewater treatment, pumping systems, and large‑diameter conveyance projects, while fostering an entrepreneurial vision for practice growth. Key leadership duties include operating with integrity, setting strategic goals, maintaining positive client relationships, communicating openly with partners and staff, and mentoring team members to transition work and achieve profitable project outcomes. • Manage multi‑discipline water and wastewater projects and programs • Lead practice team growth with an entrepreneurial vision • Build and maintain positive client relationships • Mentor staff, transition work to qualified personnel, and ensure profitable project delivery • Established contacts with local municipalities, counties, and water agencies

What You Bring
