About the Role
• Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, supply chain) to deliver compliant projects • Track and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slip • Ensure effective project governance, processes and systems are used • Apply best practices and produce formal status reports • Monitor multiple construction projects for design compliance • Coordinate supplier interfaces via monthly trackers and weekly reviews • Facilitate project information flow through meetings and written communications • Forecast and update key project milestones • Oversee local design teams per commission criteria • Provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors, and regional stakeholders • Respond quickly to RFIs from the field • Offer cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance • Independently review status reports, drawings, timelines, and costs • Develop client relationships to maximize new opportunities • Advise project teams on strategic approaches to meet client and business objectives • Capture key project learnings for knowledge management • Identify and implement process improvements • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable

What You Bring
The firm is hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager for its Workspace team. The role focuses on supporting large‑scale construction projects, requiring collaboration with architects, engineers, and supply‑chain partners to ensure compliance and delivery. The senior manager will oversee multiple projects from conception through completion, applying best‑practice governance and reporting. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) and possess five to seven years of relevant project‑management experience. Required skills include strong organisational and collaborative abilities, effective presentation and communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and other construction‑project tools. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Possess 5–7 years of relevant project management experience • Demonstrate strong organizational and collaborative management skills • Exhibit effective presentation and communication abilities • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools

Benefits
The full‑time role offers a base salary range of $150 K–$170 K, subject to experience, and is part of a comprehensive compensation package.
