About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending packing supplies, and conducting daily unit inspections. They handle cash drawer audits, bank deposits, payment reminders, and collection calls. Physical duties involve lifting up to 35 lb, walking around facilities, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and basic maintenance of interiors and exteriors. • Assess customers’ storage needs, sell packing and moving supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and perform payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb, walk up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, and open large doors. • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior curb appeal.

What You Bring
