About the Role

The role involves business development, client relationship management, transaction execution, financial analysis, due diligence and market intelligence for debt financing opportunities in real estate, logistics, education, hospitality and healthcare across Western India. The incumbent will coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver optimal debt solutions. • Identify and originate debt financing deals across real estate, logistics, education, hospitality, and healthcare in Western India. • Cultivate relationships with promoters, developers, and key decision‑makers. • Structure debt solutions, perform credit appraisal, and manage deal flow to closing. • Build financial models, conduct cash‑flow analysis and assess risk for transactions. • Coordinate financial and legal due diligence with internal and external partners. • Track market conditions, lending trends, and competitive landscape.

What You Bring

We are hiring a Debt Specialist at the Manager/Senior Manager level within the Capital Markets team in Mumbai. The role offers a salary up to INR 25 lacs and requires 7‑8 years of experience in banks, NBFCs or debt‑focused investment banks. The position is part of the west team and will work on structured financing transactions across various sectors. • Possess 6‑8 years of experience in real estate debt financing, investment banking or lending. • Demonstrate strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills. • Have deep knowledge of loan structures, project finance, and debt syndication. • Hold an MBA in Finance, CA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
