About the Role
The position works in a warehouse environment, regularly using material‑handling equipment, various tools, and machinery. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lb, standing for extended periods, bending at different heights, and maintaining close‑vision focus in varying temperatures. • Follow assembly instructions and blueprints. • Listen to directions from supervisors. • Interpret measurements. • Verify specifications. • Troubleshoot malfunctions as needed. • Ensure working environment is clean and safe. • Report errors to supervisor. • Work with other assemblers to create a final product.

What You Bring
The Assembly Operator interprets information packages, reads blueprints, and positions parts to produce complex products from smaller components. The role requires strong technical knowledge, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in manuals, drawings, and schematics with precision. Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma or GED, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and have experience in a manufacturing setting with familiarity with standard power and hand tools.
