What You Bring
The training experience consists of rotational assignments across key business functions such as Operations, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Post‑Collection. Participants learn to lead large teams, manage complex infrastructure, and engage in leadership development workshops, guest speaker sessions, and project‑based learning, receiving ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Qualifications require a proven ability to lead large teams and drive results in a fast‑paced environment, strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead change, manage complex projects, and possess working knowledge of business finance, controls, and performance metrics. Minimum requirements include at least two years of supervisory or management experience and a willingness to relocate for rotational assignments. The pay range for the position is $95,000.00 to $130,550.00, varying by locality.
