About the Role
The Superintendent (Casual) will hold overall responsibility for on‑site administrative and technical management of stadium construction projects. They will lead and direct construction activities across assigned areas, serving as the primary liaison with the client for daily operations and long‑term objectives. Accountability includes ensuring compliance with design specifications, staying on schedule and within budget, and meeting quality standards. The role also requires close coordination with the Project Executive and senior management team.

What You Bring
The position demands strong physical stamina, including the ability to climb ladders, use personnel hoists, and lift materials up to 50 lb unassisted. Workers must maintain close, peripheral, and depth vision while navigating active construction zones. The work environment involves exposure to heavy machinery, elevated areas, airborne particles, variable weather, and electrical risks, requiring the use of personal protective equipment. • BS/BA in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field with at least 10 years of construction experience. • Demonstrated experience in stadium construction, including façade, roof, steel, and membrane fabrication. • OSHA 30 certification. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). • Physical capability to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting up to 50 lb, and working in varied construction zones.

This on‑site role is located in Cleveland, Ohio, with an annual compensation range of $113,304.49 to $209,613.30. The position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization and candidates must pass a pre‑employment substance‑abuse test.
