About the Role
Working under the Johnson Controls Continuous Improvement & Production system, you will assess current‑state performance, identify gaps, visualize a future state and establish a plan to achieve it. You will monitor progress, share and acquire best‑in‑class ideas, and ensure integration and alignment of process improvements across the organization. You will define, design and implement improvement projects that align with business strategies, facilitate and coach improvement teams, and use Kaizen funnel tracking to prepare detailed plans and drive project performance. You will collaborate with leadership to create a plant CI roadmap, assist process owners in removing barriers, document learning, and support the Plant Manager on strategic initiatives, while being accountable for annual goals and plant safety performance. • Assess current‑state performance and identify gaps. • Develop and implement a future‑state vision and improvement plan. • Coach plant staff, frontline leaders and improvement teams in the JCBS framework. • Design, manage and track Kaizen‑funnel projects to ensure timely completion. • Collaborate with leadership to create a plant continuous‑improvement roadmap. • Assist process owners in removing barriers and documenting best practices. • Support the Plant Manager on compliance, new systems and strategic initiatives. • Deliver annual plant goals and drive safety performance.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five years of continuous‑improvement experience and five years as an operational frontline leader. Candidates must demonstrate high‑level performance, initiative, strong leadership both vertically and horizontally, basic statistical knowledge, lean‑certification, effective interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of CI experience. • Possess five years of operational frontline leadership experience. • Demonstrate leadership, statistical knowledge and lean‑certification. • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
