About the Role
Would you like to take part of our People and Culture team? As a foundational member of the P&C Experience and Performance team, the P&C Experience Partner is responsible for the local execution of the enterprise-wide people operations strategy that powers business transformation, talent growth, and a high‑performance culture for Qatar and Turkey. The role is accountable for the seamless local execution of all people‑related services, talent programs, and cultural initiatives. Reporting directly to the P&C Experience & Performance Director or Leader, the partner works closely with local business and people leaders to optimize the employee experience, standardize local practices, and oversee the employee lifecycle, including local labour relations strategies. Local P&C Delivery for Qatar and Turkey includes employee relations, P&C operations, and culture strategy. Activities cover performance and talent management, hiring support, RIF execution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring alignment with local and regional business goals and the broader people and culture agenda. The partner champions a unified culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability, operationalizing global talent programs at the local level to attract, develop, and retain top talent while reinforcing the organization’s values and leadership behaviours, and supports succession planning for local talent. Implementing a best‑in‑class employee experience model, the partner leverages data, technology, and process excellence to drive engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. They also support local KPIs, contributing to efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all P&C operations. Labor Relations & Compliance responsibilities involve executing global labour relations strategies to ensure compliance with Qatar law, managing union relationships, and aligning with enterprise values. Change Leadership includes operationalizing major change initiatives such as restructuring, M&A integration, and organizational redesign with minimal disruption. • Execute local people operations strategy for Qatar and Turkey. • Manage employee relations, performance, talent management, hiring, RIFs, investigations, and disciplinary actions. • Align P&C initiatives with local and regional business goals. • Champion an inclusive, innovative, and accountable culture. • Implement global talent programs locally to attract, develop, and retain top talent. • Support succession planning and advise business/function P&C teams. • Drive employee experience using data, technology, and process excellence. • Monitor and improve local P&C KPIs, ensuring compliance and efficiency. • Ensure labour relations compliance with Qatar law, union management, and enterprise values. • Lead change initiatives such as restructuring, M&A integration, and organizational redesign.

What You Bring
To be successful, candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in employee relations, investigations, and RIF execution, strong knowledge of Qatar labour law, and fluency in English and Arabic, along with strong communication and influencing skills. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of employee relations and talent management experience. • Possess strong knowledge of Qatar labour law and fluency in English and Arabic. • Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills.
