About the Role

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans for target accounts, generating and managing a pipeline of opportunities via Salesforce, and proposing service solutions that meet customer needs. The role also focuses on expanding long‑term service contracts, creating recurring revenue through digital Eco‑care and consultancy offerings, and promoting the entire Schneider Electric service portfolio. • Develop and execute sales plans targeting key accounts in field services. • Generate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities using Salesforce. • Propose service solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements. • Expand long‑term service contracts and create recurring revenue through Eco‑care and consultancy offerings. • Promote Schneider Electric’s full service portfolio, including maintenance, automation, energy management, and digital solutions. • Travel across the UK to meet customers and ensure service standards. • Report sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback to management. • Collaborate with sales, technical support, and project managers for seamless delivery.

What You Bring

The position requires 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in energy, automation, or industrial services, with a technical B2B background. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Candidates should be self‑motivated, results‑driven, and enthusiastic about technology and customer‑first solutions. • Minimum 2–3 years sales experience in energy, automation or industrial services. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; CRM and MS Office proficiency.
