Administer contracts, variations, claims and compliance for water services projects

About the Role
The role is critical for maintaining commercial and contractual excellence, delivering timely reporting and supporting effective programme outcomes. Your contributions will directly impact the successful execution of water infrastructure projects across the region. • Prepare and submit variations, progress claims, and contractual notices for head contracts and subcontractors. • Assist in cost forecasting, commercial reporting, and subcontractor agreement administration. • Liaise with Project Managers and stakeholders on contractual issues and governance reporting. • Ensure subcontractors comply with contractual obligations, insurances, and onboarding requirements. • Maintain accurate commercial documentation, risk registers, and project records.

What You Bring
• Detail‑oriented, commercially minded professional with strong contract administration skills. • Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, accounting or quantity surveying (preferred). • Proven experience supporting large project teams and administering contracts in construction or utilities environments. • Strong understanding of project management, risk management and contract compliance. • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
