About the Role
As a member of the electrical engineering team, you will design electrical systems for oil and gas, power, and renewable energy projects. Work may range from conceptual studies and front‑end engineering design (FEED) to detailed design execution, equipment procurement, and preparation of construction and commissioning drawings. • Read, understand, and implement client specifications and local/international standards. • Prepare technical specifications and datasheets for electrical items with minimal supervision. • Interpret overall power distribution schemes and single‑line diagrams (SLDs). • Prepare load lists, perform load calculations, conduct cable sizing, and execute earthing and lighting calculations, including cable schedules and interconnection diagrams. • Develop basic control schematics. • Manage a team of 5–10 engineers or designers. • Review vendor drawings for electrical items and mechanical packages. • Apply relevant HSE aspects while performing assigned tasks.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate knowledge of MV/LV switchgears, transformers, UPS, and related electrical equipment. • Understand electrical layouts and guide/check designers' work. • Possess working experience with ETAP or SPEL (advantageous). • Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills. • Work effectively in a multicultural environment. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. • Have 12–16 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial projects.
