About the Role
The Community Assistant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. This includes daily onsite presence, showing units, processing lease paperwork, generating leads, maintaining model units, and responding to prospect inquiries within 24 hours. The role also involves executing the annual marketing plan, conducting market surveys, handling resident complaints, and supporting retention initiatives such as events and newsletters while performing general office and common‑area upkeep. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, handling tours, qualifications, and paperwork. • Generate leads, conduct appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close leases. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Implement marketing plans, conduct market surveys, and promote the property to increase traffic. • Manage resident complaints, requests, and develop retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Perform administrative tasks, assist with lease audits, unit turnovers, and office upkeep. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies.

Benefits
Compensation is hourly at $14.00 with a total‑rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401 K with employer match, commission and performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays.
