About the Role

Based at WM’s recycling facility in Philadelphia, PA, you will operate equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders to move raw materials and finished components, playing a vital role in the site’s daily operations. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders in compliance with safety policies • Conduct routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance • Work independently, take accountability for safety, communicate effectively, and solve problems autonomously

What You Bring
