About the Role
As a Filter Technician with BFC Solutions, you will install air filters primarily in rooftop air ventilation systems and HVAC systems for retail and commercial businesses. BFC specializes in preventative maintenance and provides air quality solutions for some of the most recognized retail and commercial brands in America. • Meet ladder safety requirements per OSHA • Work independently with remote supervision and Field Support Team

What You Bring
• Frequent overnight/out‑of‑town travel • Must be at least 21 years of age to operate company vehicle • Maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving history • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet and using extension ladders • Weigh less than 275 pounds due to ladder weight restrictions • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Demonstrate superior customer‑service attitude • Comfortable using customer and company technology platforms • Able to work a typical week of 45–50 hours • Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly • Facility and/or grounds maintenance experience • Construction experience • HVAC experience • Cable installation experience • Route delivery and set‑up experience
