Job Highlights
About the Role
• Prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses and coordinate execution. • Advise on administration of construction contract terms. • Measure work, value variations and adjust contracts accordingly. • Ensure cost control and reporting throughout the contract. • Supervise and present monthly post‑contract cost reports to the client. • Identify costs linked to design changes, awards, construction activities and client charges. • Evaluate contractor claims for delays and additional costs. • Issue certificates of practical completion and manage final account negotiations. • Oversee cost consultants, providing guidance, coaching and performance management. • Lead improvements in systems and processes to drive transformational change. • Manage and develop a team of managers and professionals to deliver area plans and excellence. • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and business enhancements. • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships. • Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition goals.
