About the Role
Greet guests with passion and integrity, as you will be the first point of contact. Provide customer service, general location information, and direct guests to speak with our Marketing Team located in multiple booths at the Venetian/Palazzo Resorts, Miracle Mile Shops, and Golden Nugget. • Initiate conversations and quickly build rapport with guests. • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests with passion and integrity. • Provide customer service, location information, and direct guests to the Marketing Team across resort locations.
