About the Role
The Regional Service Manager is responsible for people leadership, including hiring, performance management, development, and retention of service technicians. Responsibilities also cover dispatching work orders, scheduling preventative maintenance, reviewing invoices, managing operational budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The manager collaborates with stakeholders to develop and refine processes, drive resource efficiency, and resolve operational issues promptly. • Manage and lead a regional team of commercial service technicians. • Drive hiring, performance management, training, and retention initiatives. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. • Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and execution of preventative maintenance tasks. • Review service and repair invoices and control operational budgets. • Develop, refine, and implement standard operating procedures and process improvements. • Monitor resource utilization to achieve cost efficiencies and service level agreements. • Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain high client satisfaction. • Maintain inventory and coordinate with other departments for specialized support.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an associate degree or equivalent experience and have at least five years of supervisory experience in commercial HVAC service and installation. Required skills include strong communication, problem‑solving, relationship building, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; journeyperson status or trade licensing is preferred. The role demands a self‑starter attitude, multitasking ability, and willingness to travel frequently with a valid driver’s license. • Possess at least 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial HVAC service. • Hold an associate degree or equivalent experience; journeyperson status preferred. • Ability to travel frequently and provide personal transportation with a valid driver’s license.
