About the Role
In this role, you will apply systems‑engineering concepts and model‑based techniques to develop the engine architecture, coordinate inter‑subsystem dependencies, and conduct technical assessments that guide key design decisions. You will also lead problem‑resolution activities, including root‑cause investigations and safety or quality concerns, and communicate findings during technical design reviews. • Utilize system integration and modeling tools while applying systems‑engineering principles. • Coordinate stakeholders to manage interdependencies between subsystems and meet requirements. • Build and assess architecture models using Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques. • Conduct root‑cause investigations, safety analyses, quality reviews, and drawing alteration requests. • Prepare and present technical concepts during design reviews with strong written and verbal communication. • Identify issues, assess impacts, and recommend corrective actions as a creative multi‑tasker.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least two years of experience, or a Master’s/PhD in a related field, and be a U.S. citizen. Preferred experience includes work with gas‑turbine engines, component‑definition requirements, and formal training in systems engineering, requirements management, and validation & verification strategy development. • Hold a Bachelor’s (2+ years experience) or advanced degree in Engineering; must be a U.S. citizen. • Preferred: experience with gas‑turbine engines, component requirement definition, design/manufacturing engineering, and formal Systems Engineering training.
