You will have autonomy to build your business backed by robust accounting, marketing, recruiting, IT, and production resources, within a firm consistently ranked among the industry’s best. • Define and execute a vision for sustainable growth and innovation in the Land Development practice • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, positioning the firm as a trusted partner • Drive business development efforts to secure new opportunities and expand market presence • Supervise and lead Land Development design projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and technical excellence • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment • Ensure project profitability through effective resource allocation and seamless work transitions • Provide flexible time-off policies, personal leave, floating holidays, and half-day Fridays

What You Bring
• Leverage 10+ years of civil engineering experience in Land Development design and management • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related field) and a Professional Engineer license • Demonstrate a proven track record in business development, proposal writing, and budgeting • Show ability to manage projects profitably while mentoring staff and directing resources positively • Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and technical skills, including AutoCAD Civil3D proficiency
