About the Role

The mechanic is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of company equipment, including trucks, trailers, and heavy‑equipment such as mini‑excavators and backhoes. Work includes conducting road tests, ordering parts, keeping detailed maintenance records, and ensuring projects meet deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. • Inspect, repair, and maintain company trucks, line trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. • Conduct road tests and operational checks to verify quality of repairs. • Order parts, materials, and supplies as needed. • Keep accurate records and reports of maintenance activities. • Monitor project deadlines and prioritize assignments. • Maintain clean and organized tools, supplies, and workstations.
