What You Bring
• 5+ years experience in product management, product coaching, or Agile transformation. • Deep knowledge of product models, Agile frameworks, and customer feedback loops. • Excellent relationship‑building, influencing, and organizational skills. • Strategic thinker with a systems mindset, able to navigate complexity and ambiguity. • Servant leader with strong coaching abilities for individuals, teams, and leaders. • Expert facilitator and trainer adaptable to diverse learning styles. • Change‑management expertise to guide teams through transformation. • Proficient in design thinking, human‑centered design, hypothesis testing, and product discovery. • High emotional intelligence and empathy to build trust and influence without authority. • Strong communication and storytelling skills to inspire and educate. • Analytical mindset with experience in productivity and maturity assessments. • Preferred certifications: AIPMM, POPM, PSPO, or equivalent. • Experience managing a team of coaches or trainers. • Industry expertise in industrials, manufacturing, or related sectors.
