About the Role
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for moving material throughout the distribution center and from the loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other equipment. You will receive and log incoming inventory, stock items in their proper locations, and process work orders or verbal instructions. Additional duties include inspecting inventory for damage, filling invoices, organizing the warehouse space, and delivering supplies while adhering to DOT and OSHA standards. You will also coach teammates, enforce policies, and recommend process improvements. • Receive and log incoming inventory, then stock items in proper locations. • Read work orders or verbal instructions to process shipments. • Fill customer invoices, verify part numbers, clean and pack items. • Inspect inventory for defects and report issues to the Warehouse Manager. • Operate hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and other material‑handling equipment safely. • Track inventory using the warehouse data system and maintain system knowledge. • Organize and clean warehouse space and equipment as needed. • Coach associates on warehouse operations, equipment use, and safety procedures. • Enforce policies to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations. • Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity. • Deliver supplies and equipment complying with DOT and OSHA standards.

What You Bring
Successful candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse experience, and the ability to stand or walk for long periods while lifting up to 25 lb (occasionally 50 lb). Forklift operation experience (certification a plus) and basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are required. A strong work ethic, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to quality are essential. • Meet physical demands: standing/walking long hours, lifting up to 25 lb (occasionally 50 lb). • Hold a high school diploma/GED and at least one year of warehouse experience. • Possess forklift certification or experience and basic Microsoft Word/Excel skills.
