About the Role

The Maintenance Technician inspects guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas, performing repairs such as replacing bulbs, fixing faucets, addressing hardware issues, painting, and other miscellaneous tasks that require knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical trades. • Inspect and repair guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces (lighting, plumbing, hardware, paint, etc.). • Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks using hand and power tools. • Lift, carry, and maneuver objects up to 80 lb; climb ladders up to 30 ft and work overhead. • Maintain detailed logs and inspection sheets in English.

What You Bring

The role demands regular use of hand and power tools, the ability to lift and move up to 80 lb, climb ladders up to 30 ft, work overhead, and keep detailed English‑language logs and inspection sheets. Qualified candidates have at least one year of general maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, can perform the required physical tasks, and preferably hold a valid driver’s license; the schedule is full‑time overnight (11 pm–7 am) including weekends. • Minimum one year of general maintenance experience. • High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license preferred. • Ability to stand, crouch, bend, and perform physical duties throughout the shift.
