About the Role
The role involves designing, reviewing, and overseeing electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, and control, as well as planning and managing dry utilities infrastructure including telecommunications, gas, and water. You will conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, load calculations, and ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations. As a Project Management Consultant, you will develop and implement project management frameworks, conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. You will mentor project teams, participate in design review meetings, evaluate design documents for functionality, efficiency, and regulatory standards, and propose solutions to optimize performance and cost. Collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders is essential to integrate electrical and dry utilities systems into overall project designs and to prepare technical reports and documentation for senior management. What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical & Dry Utilities Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of electrical systems and dry utilities for infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while providing expert guidance as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) and participating in design reviews to optimize project outcomes. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of eight years’ experience in electrical and dry utilities engineering, preferably in infrastructure or construction, are required. Candidates must have strong knowledge of system design, planning, and regulatory requirements, familiarity with project management methodologies, and excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus. Proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD or ETAP, ability to manage multiple projects, strong attention to detail, and risk‑mitigation skills are desired.
