About the Role
• Assume direct responsibility for the on‑site operational team, including Site Managers and labour managers. • Be accountable for delivering whole or sectional works, coordinating with commercial, design, services, planning and safety functions. • Ensure projects are completed efficiently, economically, to high quality standards and in line with company procedures. • Maintain a positive client interface and build strong relationships to support repeat business. • Take full responsibility for site delivery, enabling the Project Manager to focus on broader responsibilities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a professional qualification such as HNC or SVQ, an appropriate CSCS card and a 5‑day SMSTS certification. They must have proven experience in a similar construction role, including working within frameworks, front‑line supervision of building projects, and strong technical knowledge of envelope, fit‑out and M&E trades. • Deputise for the Project Manager during leave or unavailability. • Hold a professional qualification (HNC, SVQ or equivalent) and appropriate CSCS card. • Hold a valid 5‑day SMSTS certification. • Demonstrate substantial experience in construction, including work within frameworks and front‑line supervision. • Possess strong technical knowledge of building envelope, fit‑out and M&E trades.
