About the Role

The incumbent will act as the process owner for Oracle Clearing Accounts Reconciliation, leveraging Oracle ARCS to monitor and improve clearing account performance. This role requires strategic thinking, a digital mindset, and collaboration with global OTC, PTP, and RTR teams to drive process improvements. Key duties include leading initiatives to reduce aged items, supporting audit and SOX requests, and providing financial analysis to inform management decisions. The individual will identify root causes, assess automation opportunities, and ensure accountability across the enterprise while continuously enhancing total quality. • Own Oracle Clearing Accounts Reconciliation process and track performance via Oracle ARCS. • Lead efforts to reduce aged items and improve clearing account workflows. • Partner with global OTC, PTP, and RTR teams to update documentation and drive continuous improvement. • Identify root causes, assess automation opportunities, and implement digital solutions. • Support audit and SOX requests for managed accounts. • Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions. • Drive total quality and accountability across the enterprise.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with an MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred, and possess at least seven years of financial accounting or corporate finance experience. Proficiency in Oracle and SAP ERP, advanced Excel, and familiarity with BI, automation, and AI tools are required, along with strong customer service, ethical standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred. • 7+ years in financial accounting or corporate finance. • Proficient in Oracle and SAP ERP systems. • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with BI, automation, AI tools. • Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities. • High ethical standards and integrity; ability to assess balance‑sheet impacts. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
