Mustang Cat is an Equal Opportunity Employer. • Diagnose and repair Caterpillar construction equipment. • Use Cat ET and other diagnostic platforms to troubleshoot systems. • Perform preventative maintenance, installations, rebuilds, and repairs. • Operate independently in the field with a company‑provided service truck. • Support customers to ensure minimal downtime on job sites.

What You Bring
• Service hydraulic, electrical, transmission, fuel, and undercarriage systems. • Own proper tools for diagnostics and repairs. • Valid driver’s license with a clean record. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong understanding of hydraulics, transmissions, and undercarriage systems. • Experience using diagnostic systems such as Cat ET. • Prior military mechanic or heavy equipment repair experience (strongly valued). • Welding and fabrication (MIG, arc welding, oxy‑acetylene, arc gouging). • Hands‑on experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors. • OEM, dealership, or technical school equipment service training. • Advanced proficiency with Caterpillar diagnostic platforms.
