About the Role
Key duties include inspecting work quality to meet standards, assisting workers and resolving issues, and enforcing company policies and safety regulations. The foreman also supports the erection and dismantling of lattice boom cranes, plumbs piles using levels, and interprets hand signals to direct crane operations for pile driving. Additionally, they read prints, take measurements for layout, and provide assistance to other craft workers as needed. • Inspect the quality of all work to ensure standards and specifications are met • Assist workers in their duties and resolve problems • Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations • Assist with erection and dismantling of lattice boom cranes • Interpret hand signals to direct cranes for pile driving activities • Read prints and take measurements to assist in laying out • Assist other craft workers as needed

What You Bring
The Pile Driver Foreman supervises and coordinates the activities of pile driver workers to ensure work is performed safely, correctly, and on schedule. The role requires knowledge of heavy rigging and preferably basic to advanced rigging certification (per NCCER). The foreman must learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work and safely operate the necessary tools and equipment, working in either plant operations or construction jobsite settings. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 100 pounds), repetitive use of hands, arms, and legs, and maintaining balance on various structures. The foreman must communicate effectively, operate hand and power tools, and work in diverse environmental conditions such as uneven, muddy, or confined spaces. Mental requirements involve clear communication with management and crew, strong decision‑making, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate workers while handling calculations and reading instructions.
