About the Role

You will develop and maintain project control systems, create and update schedules with advanced software, monitor progress and variances, and recommend corrective actions. Cost analysis, forecasting, budgeting and Earned Value Management will be central to your work, as will generating performance reports and conducting risk assessments. Collaboration with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders will be essential to meet project objectives and identify improvement opportunities. • Develop and maintain project control systems and procedures. • Create and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. • Monitor project progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. • Perform cost analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and Earned Value Management. • Generate comprehensive reports on cost and schedule performance. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet objectives. • Analyze project data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Support the development of project proposals and bids.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related discipline and has at least five years of project controls experience on engineering or construction projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and data‑analysis tools, as well as strong cost‑control, scheduling and EVM expertise, is required. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills are essential, and a PMP certification is preferred. Candidates must be willing to work on projects in Doha and travel to sites as needed. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of project controls experience in engineering or construction. • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and data‑analysis tools. • Strong skills in cost control, scheduling, and data analysis. • Experience applying Earned Value Management principles. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. • Willingness to work in Doha, Qatar, with potential site travel.
