About the Role
The Retail Merchandiser plays an essential role in brand partnership connections, helping retail customers manage and display their products. Responsibilities include implementing plan‑ogram updates, stocking displays or shelves, completing surveys and audits, assisting in store remodels, and tagging products with security materials, while servicing multiple locations within a predetermined territory. The role reports directly to a District Manager but works independently onsite at retailer locations.

What You Bring
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment depending on project needs. • Strong communication skills required. • Independent thinker, problem solver, and decision maker. • Smartphone technology knowledge highly preferred. • Ability to work remotely, schedule, and report store visits, including photos and travel expenses, in a timely manner. • Ability to effectively manage time. • Highly ethical in all work practices. • Must be self‑motivated and highly organized. • Must be 18 years or older. • Able to meet the physical demands of the job. • Capable of reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
