About the Role

The analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data to uncover trends, developing Power BI and Excel dashboards, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting across HR functions. They will create compelling visual presentations for senior leadership, track key HR metrics such as talent acquisition, attrition, DEI, and workforce effectiveness, and provide data‑backed recommendations to improve outcomes. Key responsibilities also include identifying process improvement opportunities, collaborating with HR and cross‑functional teams to implement automation, and partnering with global stakeholders to standardize data definitions and reporting. The role utilizes systems like Workday, Help Hub, and internal intranet platforms to extract and manage data efficiently. • Analyze HR data and build Power BI/Excel dashboards for accurate reporting. • Create visual presentations to translate complex data into strategic insights. • Track and report key HR metrics (talent acquisition, attrition, DEI, workforce effectiveness). • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on automation. • Partner with HR leadership and global teams to align data definitions and act as trusted analytics advisor. • Leverage Workday, Help Hub, and intranet platforms for efficient data extraction and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of analytics experience and a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic HR decisions. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field, and possess 4‑5 years of analyst experience, preferably within HR. Required skills include strong project management, proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, creative problem‑solving, high attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Statistics, HR, Business Analytics, or related field. • Possess 4–5 years of analyst experience with strong project management skills. • Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and other analytics/reporting tools. • Demonstrate strong presentation, storytelling, and data visualization abilities. • Exhibit creative problem‑solving, high attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
