About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all common areas, building systems, and shared facilities within the condominium community. This role ensures the property is safe, well-maintained, and compliant with local codes and association standards while supervising maintenance staff and coordinating vendors. • Supervise and direct on-site maintenance staff and porters • Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for common areas • Maintain building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life safety, elevators (vendor‑managed), and lighting • Inspect buildings, grounds, roofs, garages, and amenities for safety and maintenance issues • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including after‑hours situations • Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and service providers • Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection records • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and HOA policies • Assist property management with capital improvement projects and reserve planning • Prepare reports and recommendations regarding repairs, replacements, and maintenance needs

Benefits
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am–4 pm, with on‑call duty for emergencies. Pay is up to $28.88 per hour, dependent on experience.
