A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for mechanical or electrical engineering majors. Candidates must be proficient with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks, and be comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite. Applicants must currently reside within 50 miles of the Wilsonville, Oregon facility; however, active‑duty military members are exempt from this geographic restriction. At least one year of professional experience supporting manufacturing is needed, including roles in sales, inventory control, clerical work, or production. Familiarity with digital logic, control schematics, PLC concepts, and experience designing power distribution or motor control equipment is essential.
