Part Time Merchandiser

About the Role

The Retail Merchandiser serves as a key link between the brand and retail customers, managing product displays, implementing plan‑ogram updates, stocking shelves, conducting surveys and audits, assisting with store remodels, and applying security tags. Merchandisers operate across a predetermined territory, servicing multiple locations on a recurring basis. This position reports directly to a District Manager while working independently onsite at retailer locations.

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment depending on projects in your area. • Strong communication skills required. • Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker. • Smart phone technology knowledge highly preferred. • Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis when accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos and travel expenses. • Ability to effectively manage your time. • Highly ethical in all work practices. • Must be self-motivated and highly organized. • Must be 18 years or older. • Able to meet the physical demands of the job. • Reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage of $17.25 and is classified as hourly, variable hours, and non‑exempt. Full‑time employees working an average of at least 30 hours per week become eligible for affordable medical insurance after the first 12 months. After 12 months and a minimum of 1,000 hours, employees may qualify for a 401(k) with employer match, or a 401(k) without match after two years of 500 hours each.
