About the Role
In this position, you will design and evolve enterprise learning strategies across the entire learning lifecycle—from needs assessment and design to delivery and evaluation. Acting as a strategic advisor and thought leader, you will ensure learning initiatives align with business priorities, evidence‑based practices, and scalability requirements. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to define learning roadmaps, conducting performance analyses to spot skill gaps, architecting inclusive multimodal learning experiences, and guiding program implementation with internal teams and external vendors. You will also establish governance standards, define success metrics, mentor learning professionals, and manage cross‑functional projects using structured methodologies. • Lead design and evolution of enterprise learning strategies across the full learning lifecycle. • Partner with senior leaders to define learning roadmaps that support workforce capability and business transformation. • Conduct enterprise-wide needs assessments and performance analyses to identify skill gaps. • Guide implementation of learning programs with delivery teams, business leaders, and external vendors. • Define success metrics and evaluation strategies to assess learning effectiveness and business impact. • Establish and maintain enterprise learning standards, frameworks, and governance models. • Coach and mentor learning professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. • Lead cross‑functional learning initiatives using structured project‑management methodologies. • Serve as primary liaison for external learning vendors and consulting partners, ensuring alignment with internal strategies.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of progressive experience in learning and development or related fields, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (master’s preferred), and certifications such as CPTM, CPTD, PMP, or CSPO. Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities are essential, along with familiarity with evaluation models like Kirkpatrick and learning technologies. • Architect inclusive, multimodal learning experiences aligned with adult learning principles and accessibility standards. • 10+ years progressive experience in learning & development, instructional design, or organizational development. • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Certifications such as CPTM, CPTD, PMP, Prince2, CSPO, or PSPO. • Proven track record leading enterprise learning strategies across the full learning lifecycle. • Strong facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to influence senior leaders. • Experience with learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI) and data‑informed decision making. • Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms.
