About the Role
The Assistant Facilities Manager supports the Sr. Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor oversight to ensure building systems function effectively and service requests are resolved promptly. This role helps keep the property safe, clean, and well maintained while assisting with inspections, tenant services, and financial aspects. In addition to managing day‑to‑day operations, the AFM coordinates service providers, manages work orders, and assists with budgeting, invoicing, and reporting, contributing to continuous improvement of building performance. • Support Sr. Property Manager in daily facility operations and maintenance coordination. • Oversee vendor performance and ensure timely resolution of service requests. • Manage work orders, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting for building operations. • Conduct inspections and provide tenant services. • Coordinate service providers to maintain safe, efficient, and clean environments. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for building performance.
