About the Role
The Document Controller role manages all aspects of document control and project document management, including both electronic and hard‑copy records. The position supports project teams by maintaining libraries, ensuring accurate status updates, and producing reports through the Primavera Contract Management system. • Scan documents and distribute PDF copies via the client Contract Management System. • Maintain a hard‑copy reference library for quick retrieval of information. • Use Primavera Contract Management to control and update the status of contract documents. • Prepare and register correspondences, reports, payment requisitions, variation orders, site instructions, punch lists, and non‑conformance reports in Primavera. • Track and follow up on submittals, safety reports, RFCs, meeting minutes, progress photographs, contract issues, and drawings. • Generate regular reports of outstanding actions and responses using Primavera. • Ensure standardized forms and reports are used and integrated with the PWA OP&M system across all project stakeholders.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree and bring at least five years of document‑control experience in construction or engineering, including proficiency with Asite and Primavera Contract Management. Strong English communication skills, computer literacy, and a thorough understanding of document‑control processes from initiation to closeout are required. • Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in any field. • Minimum five years of document control experience in construction or engineering. • Experience with Asite and at least three years using Primavera Contract Management or similar EDMS. • Knowledge of document control from project initiation through closeout. • Proficiency in oral and written English and strong computer skills. • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy in document management. • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders. • Familiarity with construction or engineering industry standards and practices.
