About the Role
Key responsibilities include architecting CDIO operating mechanisms such as board engagements and leadership forums, managing the business rhythm to ensure alignment and accountability, and partnering with HR and communications to drive employee engagement, inclusion, and transparent information flow. The CoS also optimizes the CDIO’s time, leads program and portfolio management, surfaces operational friction, and acts as a thought partner on strategic initiatives while overseeing the office budget. • Design and run CDIO operating mechanisms (board meetings, leadership forums, offsites). • Create and facilitate the CDIO business rhythm to ensure effective decision‑making. • Represent the CDIO as needed, maintaining momentum and follow‑through on initiatives. • Partner with Global Events to shape executive‑level engagements and long‑range planning. • Identify and promote cross‑functional collaboration on high‑impact projects. • Drive operational best practices that improve information flow and time efficiency. • Anticipate organizational pressures, surface issues, and devise realignment plans. • Collaborate with HRBP to address organizational challenges and support talent strategy. • Champion employee engagement, recognition, inclusion, and Equinix Impact initiatives. • Develop audience‑ready content for internal forums, customer conversations, and external events. • Manage the CDIO office budget in partnership with Finance. • Provide insight, recommend actions, and enable smart executive decisions across the business.

What You Bring
The role requires extensive experience in IT, digital, or innovation functions, preferably blended with strategy consulting or customer‑success leadership. A bachelor’s degree is required (master’s preferred), and candidates must have a proven record of leading large enterprise‑wide initiatives, strong budget oversight, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders globally. High energy, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $360,000 USD annually depending on location, plus eligibility for bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life, and disability insurance, retirement contributions, paid time off, holidays, and an employee assistance program.
