About the Role
The Class 1 Driver role involves safely delivering and picking up equipment, tools, and supplies from customer worksites using a flatbed or roll‑back truck. Drivers operate in urban, suburban, and rural environments—including tight construction zones—while representing Sunbelt’s brand through strong customer service. • Deliver and recover rental equipment using a Class 1 flatbed or roll‑back truck. • Drive in tight construction, commercial, and event job sites. • Operate cranes (training provided). • Demonstrate equipment and perform minor troubleshooting/repairs. • Provide excellent customer service at each stop.

What You Bring
• Tow generators up to 20,000 lb (preferred experience). • Hold a valid Class 1 driver’s licence with a clean record. • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). • Experience with commercial equipment, heavy haul, or crane trucks (preferred/asset). • Strong safety mindset and customer‑focused attitude. • Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 50+ lb in various indoor/outdoor conditions. • Prior experience as heavy‑haul, lowboy, equipment driver/operator, owner‑operator or delivery driver is a plus.
