About the Role

Our sales professionals focus on building relationships by meeting guests face‑to‑face, touring our magnificent resort and amenities, and inviting them to become part of the Hilton Grand Vacations family through ownership purchases. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, listening to their travel interests, presenting ownership products to generate sales and leads, maintaining effective communication through email, phone, and written correspondence, attending weekly sales training, and adhering to company core values and policies. • Greet guests and assess their travel interests to recommend suitable ownership options. • Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to generate sales and leads. • Provide follow‑up communication via email, phone, and written correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction. • Attend weekly HGVC sales training sessions. • Uphold company core values, policies, and a collaborative environment. • Maintain compliance with all reasonable management requests.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a valid Florida real estate license (preferred), at least one year of proven sales and customer‑service experience, preferably in luxury goods or vacation ownership, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, strong problem‑solving abilities, the capacity to meet compensation goals, English proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent. • Valid Florida real estate license (preferred). • Minimum one year of sales and customer service experience with proven results. • Prior experience in luxury goods or vacation ownership sales/marketing. • Strong problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment. • Ability to meet compensation plan goals. • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). • High school diploma or equivalent.
