About the Role

The developer will design and build innovative features that embed security tools into development pipelines, resolve complex cross‑functional problems, and ensure seamless collaboration between product and security teams. They will also contribute to the technical roadmap, manage technical debt, and maintain a balance between time, resources and quality. Additionally, the role includes providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement. • Design and develop security tool integrations for development pipelines. • Resolve complex cross‑functional issues and ensure seamless product‑security collaboration. • Contribute to technical roadmap while managing technical debt and quality constraints. • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior software engineers. • Collaborate with product managers, architects, developers and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.

What You Bring

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and at least five years of software engineering experience. Candidates must be proficient with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM) and strong in object‑oriented languages such as Python, Java or Go. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI), infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform or CloudFormation), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and agile Scrum processes is required. Preferred qualifications comprise knowledge of secure architecture and design principles, familiarity with industry standards such as NIST SSDF and OWASP, and a demonstrated track record of designing scalable, secure software solutions. Strong problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills are also valued. • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering and 5+ years software engineering experience. • Proficiency with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM) and OOP languages (Python, Java, Go). • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization. • Preferred: Knowledge of secure architecture, NIST SSDF, OWASP and secure design principles.
