About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck along a designated route, providing prompt, courteous waste removal services while ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. The driver also conducts daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects and maintains the vehicle in accordance with safety standards. Key responsibilities include completing thorough pre- and post‑operation inspections, loading and compacting refuse, disposing of material at designated facilities, and accurately completing route and productivity sheets. The driver must interact professionally with customers and dispatchers, identify and tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for compliance, and clean any accidental spills following safety protocols.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement. The position offers a pay range of $21.35 to $29.37, varying by locality, and follows the company’s standard work schedule and productivity standards.
