About the Role
The apprentice will receive training and assist with installation and maintenance of commercial plumbing and piping systems, supporting various project phases such as design‑build, preconstruction, commissioning, and BIM. • Assemble tubing and fittings using couplings, clamps, bolts, screws, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, and brazing. • Maintain a strong commitment to safety and demonstrate excellent attendance.

What You Bring
Way Mechanical, a mechanical contractor with locations in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Nashville, is seeking a plumbing apprentice for its Round Rock, TX office. This full-time, day-shift position requires candidates to be local to Austin and does not accommodate travelers or per‑diem staff. • Work with D.W.V. and domestic water piping; experience in underground, rough, and finish plumbing is preferred. • Hold an Apprentice License; OSHA 10 certification is a plus. • Ability to stand and lift objects up to 50 lbs without assistance; possess reliable transportation and personal tools.
