About the Role

The primary purpose of the Lifestyle Assistant is to support the Lifestyle Director in delivering a full, engaging social and activity program that encourages socialization, improves daily living skills, expands personal interests, promotes physical activity, and supports lifelong learning for all residents and families. • Assist the Lifestyle Director in planning and conducting daily resident activities • Coordinate and lead games, crafts, fitness, music, education, and special events • Create, post, and distribute the monthly Lifestyle calendar • Facilitate resident council and other resident meetings • Assess residents’ social interests and lifestyle preferences • Schedule resident transportation and community outings • Drive community vehicles as needed • Contact community groups and volunteers to support programs • Set up, decorate, and break down activity spaces

Benefits

Pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. The position is full‑time and includes weekdays as well as some weekends, with activities offered every day of the week.
