About the Role
The Director of Project Controls will lead cost, schedule and risk management for a large‑scale data centre construction program in Beaver County, PA. In this senior leadership role the incumbent will establish governance, ensure accurate forecasting and reporting, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. • Define and execute project controls strategy for cost, schedule, and risk on the data‑center program. • Build governance frameworks, reporting protocols and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, earned‑value analysis and variance reporting. • Lead development and integration of CPM schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) and monitor critical path. • Create and maintain risk registers, conduct risk workshops and run Monte Carlo analyses. • Oversee change control, scope impact analysis and cost‑reduction initiatives. • Produce executive dashboards, gateway documentation and senior‑leadership reports. • Collaborate with project managers, finance and contractors to align cost and schedule objectives. • Ensure data integrity using project controls tools and platforms. • Mentor and lead a high‑performing project controls team, conducting performance reviews. • Act as liaison for stakeholders, reviewing implementation plans, claims and recovery strategies. • Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support broader business initiatives. • Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance or related field; graduate degree preferred. • 12+ years of project‑controls experience on large construction programs, with at least 2 years leading teams. • Proven expertise in cost forecasting, earned‑value management, risk analysis and change management. • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and advanced Excel for data analysis. • Professional certifications such as CCP, PSP, PMP highly desirable. • Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
