About the Role
The Director of Corporate Functions within Carrier Digital will lead the worldwide Finance and Carrier Business System (CBS) digital team, overseeing the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of ERP and finance platform solutions. This role is responsible for delivering ERP initiatives, leveraging internal Centers of Excellence, the Carrier Intelligence team, and external partners in a complex global environment. Key responsibilities include creating and executing a digital roadmap to modernize Finance and CBS operations, deploying automation, AI, and analytics to eliminate repetitive tasks, and improving transaction accuracy. The Director will collaborate with Finance Transformation and CBS leaders, drive system adoption, monitor business impact, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders such as the CFO. • Lead global Finance and Carrier Business System digital team within Carrier Digital. • Design, implement, and operate ERP (SAP, CFIN) and finance platform solutions. • Develop and execute a digital roadmap to modernize Finance and CBS operations. • Deploy automation, AI, and analytics to reduce manual tasks and improve transaction accuracy. • Partner with Finance Transformation, CBS leaders, and Digital CoEs to prioritize initiatives. • Ensure successful adoption, monitor business impact, and resolve post‑implementation gaps. • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, including the CFO, providing functional expertise. • Build influential relationships across global functions to drive alignment and accountability.

What You Bring
